Fugue 31 is a theatre company founded in Strasbourg in 2019 by Romain Gneouchev.
We produce minimalist, delicate shows that are in touch with the present.
The company
His work creates a dialogue between reality and fiction. He gives a central place to sound creation, contemporary writing, and texts designed specifically for and with the performers.
Each creation is born from documentary work and a search for forms capable of making the representation fully present.
Implementation
Based in the Grand Est region, Fugue 31 is supported by the DRAC Grand Est, the Grand Est Region, the European Collectivity of Alsace and the City of Strasbourg.
Romain Gneouchev is an associate artist at La Filature, the national stage in Mulhouse, and at the Comédie de Colmar, the national drama center in Grand Est Alsace.
